Method 1 : Power cycle the phone

Setting Equipment

Disable Data

• Click Settings.
• General Press.
• Press Network.
• Press the indicator next to Data roaming.
• Depending on the current setting, the function is activated or deactivated.
• Press the Home key to end

Network switch to 2G mode
• Menu
• Settings
• General
• Net
• Off (O) the option to Enable 3G
• OK

Huawei
Disable Data
• Tap the Menu icon.
• Press Set.
• Tap Wireless & networks. and networks.
• Tap Mobile networks.
Data roaming • Press to activate or deactivate data roaming.
• When no in the box next to the menu item, the function is disabled.
• Press the Home key to finish.

Network switch to 2G mode
• Tap the Menu icon.
• Press Set.
• Tap Wireless & networks. and networks.
• Tap Mobile networks.
• Tap Use only 2G networks to enable or disable the function.
• When no in the box next to the menu item, the function is disabled.
• Press the Home key to complete and return to standby.

HTC
Disable Data
• Tap the menu.
• Click Settings.
• Tap Mobile Data.
Data roaming • Press to activate or deactivate data roaming.
• Press, if necessary, OK.
• When there is nothing in the field next to the menu item, the function is disabled.
• Press the Home key to complete and return to standby.

Samsung
Disable Data
• Tap the Menu icon.
• Press Settings ..
• Press and Wireless.
• Tap Mobile networks.
Data roaming • Press to activate or deactivate data roaming.
• When NO in the box next to the menu item, the function is disabled.
• Press the Home key to finish.

Network switch to 2G mode
• Tap the Menu icon.
• Press Settings ..
• Press and Wireless.
• Tap Mobile networks.
• Tap Use only 2G networks to enable or disable the function.
• When there is one in the box next to the menu item, the function is activated.
• Press the Home key to finish.

Method 4 : Take to your nearest store 

Take your Android or iOS device to your nearest store and ask for the support team to fix your “Mobile network not available” issue. Keep this as your final decision if all the above 3 method doesn’t work.
